Final big update of the day.

- Coding overlap issue found and resolved.
The Build 41 version of this mod should be fully operational, if any issues are found errors or otherwise -- and you're positive it isn't a mod conflict, please notify me and provide error details.

Remember to read the description for compatibility information if you're unsure about the nature of your error. If you know what mods are conflicting with this one, please let me know so I can list them as incompatible. This goes for the Build 42 version as well.

- Minor spawn fixes/additions for better spawning consistency.

- Added 2 missing 42.7.0 van and stepvan tailoring textures to spawn pools.

- Added B41 compatibility; still requires more testing but should be functional enough for public usage.
Please note, due to B41 using outdated scripts it will not have all the same features that the B42 version does. This is unfortunately a limitation I do not have the ability to change myself, so if you want all features you'll have to upgrade, otherwise it should still work mostly the same. I might add a submod to allow players to change the police car skins to better custom ones, because I'm not personally a big fan of the default B41 police vehicles and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

-Improved emergency vehicle spawn logic
Previously it was up to RNG whether or not a zone-specific police vehicle would actually spawn in their respective zones, but no longer! I've updated the code to make sure Muldraugh police will mostly spawn in Muldraugh, KST mostly in rosewood and in rural areas, Westpoint police stays in Westpoint, and Louisville police will mostly stick within the louisville area save for the immediate outskirts, like the checkpoint. Some towns will still have sheriff and KST vehicles spawning in them, but they won't be as common.

-Increased emergency vehicle spawn chance slightly for most zones
To go alongside the new spawn logic, I've increased the spawn rate of all emergency vehicles slightly so you'll be most likely to find at least a few of each type in towns and traffic jams on roads and in lots. Sometimes you can get unlucky and not find any, but after many different tests on multiple fresh saves results have been pretty consistent.

-Burnt vehicles now have a chance to spawn in car crashes for better spawning consistency--let me know if this causes issues because of burnt vehicles being so difficult to move sometimes.

-Progress on 41 compatibility
I've made a decent amount of progress getting this functional with 41 but I need to do additional testing. A lot of the scripts this mod uses are only for build 42, so by the time the 41 version comes out it will not have all the same features.

Minor fix for a semi-floating burnt car model. Not always avoidable; when a vehicle spawns it freezes in place to save on performance (vanilla). If a vehicle spawns in the air it will stay there unless it's nudged, typically by another vehicle. The same thing happens to drivable vehicles but the suspension makes it slightly harder to notice until the car drops when you turn it on.
