Made some fixes for the US and Ostheer, and added unique icons and portraits for the US weapons truck.

Just returned the conscripts to the HQ, will make a more meaningful update later.

Added 6 commanders for the British faction. The mod is now feature complete. At last!

Remade some of the US and OKW commanders to include new abilities and units, fixed some bugs resulting from the latest patch.

OKW Goliath can now be built from structures.

OKW building trucks can now be produced from HQ.

All commanders are now complete, 24/24.HMG appears in Ostheer HQ.

Fixed Weapon Rack, Supply Zone, varios descriptions. Changed Ranger CP cost.

Added all commanders ( one is still partial but can be played ). Fixed earlier bugs. Made some changes.
