Misc:
~Moved the meter so it correctly shows how much meter is gained and when it's fully depleted
~Added hud text in practice mode to show the cheats for the forms
~Increased cooldown of the energy charge voiceline
~Updated Steam Desc to include Fspecial's tap/hold stuff
~Added Delta Parallax to the credits for SFX (Thank you!!)

Dattack:
~Decreased bkb of the 2nd hit from 8 -> 7 to increase combo potential
~Added extra code on-hit to send the player more upwards
~Hit 2 sfx is now sfx_blow_heavy2
~Changed sfx timing to not be too early
+Hsp on the attack window increased from 8 -> 10 and added 0.6 friction on endlag
+Angle of 2nd hit changed from 40 -> 70
+Updated code to make sure if the player is hit with the first hit, the second hit will land
+Added angle flipper 10 to the 2nd hit

Utilt:
~Trimmed the smear near the end, does not affect range
~Utilt hit 1 and energy hit are now sfx_blow_heavy1
~Changed sfx timing for windup

Ftilt:
+Adjust the hitbox to better match the visual
+Ftilt increase bkb from 5 -> 6
+Increased hsp from 6 -> 8
+Moved friction from the attack window to the endlag window, increased friction from 0.4 to 0.5
+Hitbox lifetime increased from 3 -> 6
~Modified animation frames to allow for the attack to hit throughout the full travel time
~Sfx on-hit changed to sfx_blow_medium3
~Changed sfx timing for windup

Dtilt:
+Hitbox increased to fully match the kick
+Startup decreased from 10 to 6
+Hps increased from .2 to .35

Fair:
~Changed sfx timing to not be too early on the second hit
~SFX for the 2nd hits are now sfx_blow_heavy1
~Updated animation to hold the kick for longer during the transitions of the attacks for more readability
+Landing lag should be reduced from 7 to 6 or even 5 cus its just a shittier version of oly nair
+Hitboxes increased to better match the visuals of the smear

Uair:
~Changed sfx timing to not be too early
+Changed animation to Legacy Saya's Uair, making it more clear that it's actually an uair, lol
+Hps increased from 0.2 -> 0.3
+Bkb increased from 4 to 6
-Endlag increased from 8 -> 10

Dair:
~Increased hps of the spike hitbox from 0.25 -> 0.8 lowered bhp from 10 -> 9
~Updated the animation and smear for the attack
+Increased hps of the angle 30 hitbox from 0.4 > 0.6
-Startup increased from 8 to 12

Bair:
~Sfx has been changed to sfx_blow_heavy1 on the far hitbox
~Inner hitbox kb multiplier reduced from .7 -> .5
+Bkb increased from 6 to 7 and hitpause increased to 7 base and .8 hps
+Startup reduced from 9 to 7
+Angle lowered from 130 to 135
+Hitbox increased to better match the smear
-Endlag inecreased from 10 -> 13

Nair:
~Changed sfx timing to not be too early
+Hitbox adjusted to be less shrinkwrapped

Fstrong:
~Install fstrong grab on-hit is now sfx_blow_medium3
+Increased meter gain on hit from 110-> 120
+Increased the scaling of the base version from .9 to 1
-Raised the angle from the base hitbox and install slam hitboxes to 45 (it overlaps too much with dstrong)


Ustrong:
~Sfx for the launcher hit is now sfx_blow_heavy2
+Raised the blast vfx and subsequent hitboxes upwards
+Increased hitbox size for the non slam hitboxes
-Decreased meter gain per hit from 30 -> 20 to match the other strong attacks

Dstrong:
+Geysers activate anytime the enemy is in the hurtbox while in hitstun regardless of if Saya is currently attacking or not and only ignoring them if they were galaxied or currently being grabbed.
+Increased meter gain on hit from 110 -> 120
+Increase the hitpause scaling to .9 across the board
-Lowered Article detection range
-Geysers now have hit lockout of 120 frames before another one can be activated, does not affect the command grab version.

Uspecial:
+Decreased startup from frame 15 -> 11
+Changed hitbox angle from 60 -> 80
+Increased strong hitbox lifetime from 1 -> 2
+Increased looping hitbox lifetime from 9 -> 10

Fspecial:
+Gave Saya a "Geyser Bounce": Landing on the article detonates the article early, making her bounce at a harsh angle, giving Saya some extra movement shenanigans. This works with both Base's slam version and Install's slide version
-Gave the grounded version a hard speed cap due to using the dash while falling from a platform giving too much momentum
-Aerial tap fspecial landing lag increased from 18 -> 25
-Tap fspecial friction increased from .4 -> .6
-Tap fspecial startup increased from 13 -> 16
~Fspecial hit sounds have been modified (thank you fung!)
~Slide hit sfx is now sfx_blow_medium3
~Changed sfx timing for windup for both versions

Nspecial:
-Aerial version no longer parry safe
~Sfx for the grab is now sfx_blow_medium3
~Sfx for the throw is sfx_blow_heavy2
~Changed sfx timing for windup for both versions

Dspecial/install
+Added a Sparking exclusive exit attack, for the cost of half of the current meter, Saya can exit from Sparking using Dspecial.
*This move can be cancelled using parry during the startup.
