-Fixed the issue with missing texture dot standalone Acro sight.

Also:
- Added KS-23 sight mount rail! Accessible on the mounts tab.
- Added new options for iron sight placement on backup mounts and backup tab.
- Added MW2019 stocks for the Scars. Gonna do Scar SC at home.
- Reedited the description and functionality for all tacticals and all optics tabs for extra clarity and simplicity.
- Added mounting function to M60E6 front sight rail.
- Added backup mounts to rear ironsights tab.
- Allow all dovetails mounts for anything dovetail mounts.

And that's it for now I think.

Fixed the flipped backup mounts so everyone should be able to stack them like normal backup mounts now 👌
