Changing sandbox settings to "true" by default to disable the random generation of new content in existing games.
Addition of extra parameters to customize the game:

- Disabling grass spawning
- Disabling stories (campgrounds, etc.)
- Disabling vehicle stories (crashes, etc.)
- Disabling vehicle spawning everywhere
