-small update that automatically creates a command to load the saver preset

Fixed singleplayer prediction problem where tool functions wouldn't get called in client state (leftclick, rightclick, reload and holster functions)

Added functions:

UTB:AddTextEntry()
UTB:AddButton()
UTB:AddSaver()
UTB:SaverSave()
UTB:SaverFix()
