Added Qiuhua's Compassion and Care outfit + some outfit associated props.

- Adjusted wrist helper bone position.
- Changed collision mesh Spine1 to Spine2.
- Dorm phong exponent material changed to BGRA8888
- Default outfit VMT shader adjustments - metal parts should shine a lot brighter.
