An attempt was made to fix a "bug" when using the Better Tooltips mod.
The "bug" was that when using the Quality of Terraria mod and the Better Tooltips mod,
two items—Banner Chest and Potion Bag—did not display their names in the player's inventory (although the names were displayed in the quick access panel).

The attempted fix involved restoring the "names" of these items in the inventory.
However, in the inventory, the effect of the Better Tooltips mod will not work on these two items.
