-Fixed a bug where setting jumpscare chance to 0 would give an error in the console
-Changed default jumpscare chance to 1/10000 (up from 1/3000)
-Switched random generation from math.random() to RNG()
-Added Golden Freddy easter egg (1 in 100,000,000 chance)

Adjusted jumpscare framerate to align with FNAF 2. You can now make the jumpscare as rare as 1/50000 (up from 1/10000)
