added trim to "armory"

more minor updates to buildings:
-added roof to armory
-added minor assets to library as well as basic gameplay structure
-minor work done on large tower
-some sewer changes

minor updates to urban island:
-streetlights added
-libray interior started
-added new building to form an alley behind row homes
