Removed: Confusion ended Message removed for Victim

Change: Changed default Confusion duration to 20 seconds. (Before it was 10 seconds).

Addition: Added ConVar "confuser_confuse_duration" for customization.

Fix: The script now correctly accounts for the recoil of guns when forcefully fired.

Fix: The spray pattern of some guns were behaving weird when forcefully fired and would never hit the target.
