Added new unique starting / home citadel "Deserted Lake Port", It counts as a Lake so when this damned game spawns you in the middle of the land even though I told it to always spawn you on the coast, you can play just fine. Also clarified many rituals coastline wordings to specify near any coast, lake, or river.
