Fixed Cocaine on eat amount issue.
Added Screen Effects to go along with Moodles.
Your screen will just turn a slightly different color.

BIG UPDATE!
Weed Edibles added. Can make Cannabutter, Brownies, and Cookies.
MAJOR OVERHAUL TO DRUG EFFECTS NOW LIVE.
Drugs now do not apply instantly. They cause the respective changes described in the main mod page over a period of time.
For instance, Cocaine acts quickly but does not last long. 1 in-game minute after you take coke, the stat changes will apply for 1-2 hours in game.
The stat changes will last much longer for LSD, MDMA, Oxy, Ritalin, and Weed, but take 30 in-game minutes for them to kick in.
Overdosing was really hard to do, I find, so it's no longer a thing.
HOWEVER, the threshold in which you will become addicted/dependent on said drug, has been lowered.
Your character will now say a random line when they are getting very very close to that threshold.
