-Fixed revive duration being shorter for the rest of the map for real this time?

-Slight rework to prevent the weapon switch bug (Special thanks to Shadowysn for alerting me about this)
-Hints are now displayed for just as long as the revive duration
-Fixed a bug where the revive duration was shorter for the duration of the map when being interrupted while reviving someone
