Fixed:
- Char encoding errors in FR and RU translations

Initial upload. Changes from the original (Build 41) version listed.

Modified:
- File structure, formats, variables, etc. updated for B42 compatibility
- Loot distribution tables modified: uniform components will now appear in less places
- Ancient item names changed on the backend to better align with my more recent conventions (this was not done in prior versions since it would affect saves / saved outfits)
