during intrusion npcs will attack slower
respawned player will no longer by enemy of his predecessor's enemies
start loot still high but smaller and gradually decreases over time towards default settings
higher chance to find a car key in car glovebox
high chance for finding a building key in npc inventory (not for shops and restaurants)
muldraugh detective office fix

You can now start with a car and a key to it (must enable in sandbox settings)
Fisherman can put fish in restaurant kitchen fridges to get money

soldiers fix so that dont get afraid like civs but act like soldiers
