More adjustments to a lot more characters

- General touch-ups on certain characters. Reworked a couple of outfits including prisoner and other fits.
- Saiyaman outfit for Gohan for when he is officer.
- Baseball outfit for Yamcha because I felt it was a bit boring and not very good with the other outfit.
- Created Puar.
