Re-adjusted all clothing slots to make them look more reasonable in the UI equipment panel, adjusted clothing attributes and weights, and now all girl zombies have extra loot drops

Adjusted the spawn configuration loading method to be compatible with the server, created a custom slot for the top that does not occupy the jacket position, and the hidden body armor effect is only effective for custom slots

-Adjusts the default probability to 15%, separating the army from the police-girl zombies in a separate configuration of 8%
