Bug Fixes:
Fixed minimal mod requirements by adding new equipment vs using stuff from other mods.
Added the intended .json files back. Intended versions got wiped, which caused issues with custom equipment.
Super-Charged Auto-Pulse laser has correct damage upgrade amount and is 10% less than the normal A-Pulse Laser.
Fixed any standard MA_Mech loadouts that did not use the intended equipment/loadout.

Mod Changes: (Includes new features, weapons and minor tweaks)
Overhauled Battle Armor loadouts to more closely resemble TT BA stats. BA-Now use unique fixed equipment.
Overhauled Most of the Wolves mechs to use the same standards set for the MA_Mechs.

Flat Buffs:
Battle Armor now have a -33.33% weapon heat buff along with more powerful loadouts.
Madcat now has major cooling buffs.

Flat Nerfs:
Madcat restricted to certain weapons. (Only applies to the MA_Madcat and not other versions)

Version notes:
Some mechs are still in need of patches for their loadouts. Most Notably the MA_Arctic variants.

Known issues not fixed on this version:
Lasers do not change color on upgrades. Still need help with this as IDK how to impliment the mechanic myself. The
Laser Emitters are extra dumb and wont allow swapping out/changing of "Ray Classes" like projectiles can with "Projectile
Classes".

Some mechs still need their "patch quirks" adjusted to be more correct. In other words, armor/structure values need
adjustments for a few mechs.
