Added 3 new custom sound effects.
- PSO2 Rare drop sound.
- Pokemon R/B/Y Item acquiring sound.
- CS:GO Weapon case opening Legendary drop.

Added 'Super Rare Drop' notification.
- Comes with its own options, in a similar sense of regular notification.
- Overrides regular notification if item's drop chance is below the set amount.
- Announces to all other Players in Multiplayer that you've gotten the said drop & its chance.
- Announcement can be disabled by both looter & non-looter Players.

Description(s) are now a bit more clear.
