Fixed allies not having weapons on the Bar Fight Level. This was not intended and for some odd reason the elites had their weapons removed (I have no clue why I even tested the level before I uploaded it using a different test version upload and it worked fine).

Removes echoing on the first half of Cairo Station

Some moderate changes to the 2nd stage in sword fight (extra mission level after the campaign) giving allies better AI, swapping some of their weapons around, and giving a save point after reaching the waterfall. decrease enemy spawn timer and increased enemy spawn count to level out the difficulty with what was originally intended.
