A lot of QoLs. Most notable changes will be fixing the allied pathing on The Sacred Icon that broke and Fixing the Tartarus fight as he had as much HP as the other Tartaruses instead of his based HP. TL;DR the boss script for TGJ wasn't working properly so now he should have the proper amount of HP (400 not 8000). All other tartaruses will still have 8k HP, but the tartarus you were supposed to decrement lives from was not supposed to have so much HP, it was supposed to be his original base HP of 400. That is fixed now (hopefully) since it had broken.

QoL and pathing fixes for Outskirts and Metro

Hotfix for Gravemind, forgot to disable the special scenario activating automatically, the level should play normally now unless you meet the conditions to start it.
