Added a couple crates and modified pathing for allies when entering space for cairo
Modified beach encounter for Outskirts, readded tank with chaingun to squad, optimization touch ups
Added 2 warthogs back to metro start
Reduced explosive physics on wraith motars so you don't get sent to naria for getting hit anymore

Forgot to give the squad command for the marines to get off the last elevator on Cairo. They should now properly leave the elevator and join the fight.

Many fixes for the final defense section for the sacred icon. Fixed many flood spawns, made the bug that stopped the encounter from stopping less common, made a loop constantly giving allies a command every now and then so they don't just stop working forever, etc.
