Added: New console command setavolume "amount" to allow you to set the ambience sound volume. The volume can now be adjusted from 0 to 1, with the setting saved for future sessions.

0 being 0% and 1 being 100%

default is 0.3
just loud enough not to be too much
not quiet enough to still be heard

also removed the start delay witch was 1 sec before now its set to 0 sec

made audio a little louder, tell me if its good please!
