more detail on bugs:
-fixed switch not working when both characters are using a move
-fixed close swing not giving a switch
-added smoughs techdodge (just a placeholder ill sprite later)

smough has grab
uncontrolled smough has a hurtbox
tweaked backthrow
i found a tech where you can safely catch someone in a techdodge or a getup after a knockdown (kinda ok)

smough can be grabbed now (hitgrabs messed up preditcions so he just gets grabbed normally)
gave smough more gravity.... ;)
tweaked some moves
completely reworked the switch
fixed if uncontrolled character gets hit you get hitstunned
