fixed ornstein forgetting what walking is

sorry im here now
renamed both of ornsteins specials (he isnt a sunbro mb)
tweaked some moves
added 2 moves for smough, dwtwyw
if ornstein is hit whilst as smough, you will take exact hitstun and damage as ornstein took (this is in testing, and it hasnt been applied for smough yet)
fixed ornsteins sprites overlapping
added fall animations to uncontrolled ornstein (not smough LOL)
smough appreciation update soon

changed 'sunlight' to lightning in abilities containing such
ornstien now has a falling animation when switched to smough (only air)
tweaked some moves
added 2 moves to smough, do with that what you will
higher IASA for switch, lower IASA in combo
