Fixed a bug in which the mod reverted to the v1.1 version

Added commands, fixes:
-Teleport command(tp players and tp to players)
-Unused beds break when the game starts
-You can now toggle friendly fire with /friendlyfire (on by default)

Added Commands:
- /kill Makes you respawn in 15 seconds (to avoid soft lockings). Also logs this action into the global chat.
- /day: works just like in creative!
- /night: works just like in creative!
