- Turns off smoothview when holding physgun, default camera, and toolgun
- Fixed issue with tilt staying in radians instead of degrees

- Added a new customization menu in the spawnmenu under Option > SmoothView.
- Added tooltip texts to the HTML menu.
- Added tilt customization.
- Minor improvements, bug fixes, etc.
