Removed class from AWC rolls. I already built them a custom pool so there is no need for the second pool giving random, completely useless or obsurd skills.

Replaced "Rally" With "barrier charger"

GTS unlocks will now actually cost resources and only be unlocked at the proper ranks. I had it set totally wrong and will be fixing this on all the classes. No more freebies!

Update: Proficiency now grants +2 HP on ranks 1 /3 instead of Defense. In game description updated to reflect this.

Disabled Shadow Ops classes and their GTS will not show up now.
