- Made the mod a global (LowFirerateChargeBar) with some functions for other mods to use. I mainly did this for myself, but other mods might find this useful if they also put a chargebar beneath the player. Check the main.lua for more information!

- Chargebar doesn't appear if the player is unable to shoot

- Removed the reflection of the chargebar sprite in rooms with water

- Added chargebars for when you have <1.00 tears stat with Technology (not Tech X), Dr. Fetus, and Epic Fetus.
- Chargebar no longer updates while the debug console open.
