removed debug print

- Fixed car battery activating upon use of consumables like Perthro, Soul of Isaac or Dice Shard.

Update:

- Fixed a double roll bug with Eternal D6 causing a 60% chance of disappearing instead of a 30%.
- Fixed D. Infinity dice rerolling ignoring dice selected instead of only rerolling with D6 or Eternal D6.
- Fixed "Soul of Isaac" sound and it showing on top of Isaac.

Fixed a debug print that still was in the code.

Corrected an error with spindown dice.
