Fixing the fix to the Kossar fix... corrected the small unit icon like in the recruitment options menu

Fixing the Kossar fix... missed two DBs

Fixed an issue with two units of Kossars where they used the High Elf unit emblem as they share the same file in the db. Added the fix through the land_unit table which could cause compatibility issues with those specific units. Lemme know if they do. Thanks to @Krasus for catching this!
