The conditions for forming Byzantium have been slightly relaxed.
The "Eternal Augustus" mission requirement for the ruler's reign length has been loosened, and the government modifier for the Roman Empire system has been adjusted.
When the Eastern Roman is formed into the Roman Empire through the decision, the cultural group and government reform will no longer be forcibly switched, preventing certain mission effects from becoming invalid due to unmet conditions.

Modified the Byzantine mission tree from the original King of Kings DLC. The limited-time icon doubling effect now applies to the new icons added by the mod. Additionally, the Reformed Byzantine Monarchy unlocked through the Byzantine mission tree will also activate the Imperial Authority mechanic (resetting to 40 upon the ruler's death).
