- The Naughty Throne worldsetting now has a 3rd value for 'Yearly Refresh'
* This is now the default value while playing on 'The Winterlands' world preset (only)
* It allows the Gifts to respawn at the throne without requiring players to steal the Loot Stash

- "Fixed" the vanilla Loot Stash not despawned until players get close to it
* This changes nothing about it, but will help refresh Gifts without walking in the Deciduous biome

- Changed back certain setpieces and rooms spawn chances to intended values
* Accidently had some guaranteed but this was for in-dev testing

- Added Bullbark saplings (Calf) to automated world regrowth, making this tree now renewable

- Snowmans with carved Pumpkin Heads can now spawn when Hallowed Nights is active

- High Snow now melts overtime from fire, rather than immediately
