Fixed arena gates not cooking

Some textures on new arena were not working (invisible, and brick wall for center)

Tweaked bonfire lights to be less bright and travel less far for arena

Fixed issue where Firework Launcher would not activate during the Eclipse

Added "Arena Bon Fire" lamp that has 6x the range of other lamps

Added the "Nibiru Shrine" that allows players to set the Eclipse on interact
