Added Arena Heal Station: A placeable station that will heal the player to full HP on interact.

Added Arena Kit: A placeable armor stand that will give the player a full kit on interact, can be switched between 4 different team colors.

Added Arena Utility Station: A placeable station that allows new players to get Max Level, equip a grappling hook, and reset their stats apon interacting.

Added Arena Weapons Rack: a weapon rack that allows players to select from a wide range of different weapons to equip apon interact.
