New End Game Crises
Reconnect the World Tree: A Wood elf who owns, has subject, or is allied with all magical forests across the world reconnects the world tree. For as long as that nation exists, Every year each magical forest grows by one of each development.
Reopening the Polar Gates: An Old Ones worshipper who owns three key provinces in the north and south chaos wastes may reopen the polar gates to commune with the old ones. Doing so brings him to maximum technology level (and causes everybody in the world to fear him).

New Content
Added two new estates privileges: "Purge Lesser Races" and "Purge Uncivilized Races." Conquered provinces that are not in your religious group, and are not in your culture group or accepted cultures, are purged. They are are reduced to 1/1/1 development and gain 100 devastation. However, they are instantly converted to your primary culture and religion. Nations sharing the converted provinces religion, religion group, culture, and culture group gain aggressive expansion against you. "Purge Uncivilized Races" does the same, but only against Skaven, Orcs, Beastment, and Fimir.
New National ideas for Mousilin, New Lahmia, Red Fangs, and Arkhan
Dwarves (but not chaos dwarves), can use survey land to ferment certain resources into beer.

Tweaks
Since warpstone is somewhat common, reduced the furnace bonus from +5% global goods produced to +1% global goods produced. Still extremely powerful however.
Strong Duchies can be taken with Dominions.

Ogre Caffeine and Alcohol events now properly only trigger if you have those trade goods. These events now only remove one dev.
Improved a few nearly worthless monuments: The Hellpit, Altar of the Horned Rat, Gates of Zharr, Tower of Gorgoth, Forest of Gloom.
Standardized cost of monuments to vanilla.
Weakened the tier 5 military skaven government reforms.
Added a hidden helper event to get dominions to automatically trade favors for trust at max favors.
Reduced the all power cost benefits of the mage estate, trading in warpstone, and a few country ideas.
Set estate max privileges to 7. It was too easy to get 100 loyalty and bypass interesting estate mechanics.
Moved around some age rewards and objectives.
Orc Fightiness events are now 10% as frequent. They were way overtuned before.
Added Paper to about 10 new provinces, mostly in human controlled civilized zones.
Printing Press now only spawns on paper.
Printing Press no longer causes global trade to grow by itself
Changed hobgoblin unit names.
Adjusted the Transmutation and Magical Bureaucrats government reforms.
Reduced Bretonnian development in peasant provinces to make it less dominating in the area.
Adjusted the "Summon the Elector Counts" event to be more balanced.
Added a peace treaty to convert fellow empire members to your religion.
Added a diplomatic action for the emperor to convert good allies within the empire to their religion for Imperial Authority.

End Times Tweaks
End times events are now more brutal, affecting more of each nation.
Everchosen no longer gains tech levels upon being chosen.
At the start of the end times, every non-chaos player gains 200 aggressive expansion against the everchosen, allowing them to join a coalition if they like.
End Times event to ruin own dev now happens every two years instead of every year.

Mission Tweaks
Ogres now need 5% of warpstone for their mission instead of 10%
Skaven only need to control the college of altdorf for their mission instead of owning it.
Skaven now need 75 warpstone for their mission instead of 60. They start with a decent amount of it
Adjusted some Mountains of Mourne Areas and Ogre fort missions.
Tweaked rewards from orc raiding cities missions.
Tweaked a few empire missions.
Adjusted a few orc missions to make them make more sense.

Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug that would make the civil war disater unstoppable if you are a theocracy.
Fixed the ogre advisor portrait slightly bleeding out of frame
"Party for Mork" now correctly takes away manpower instead of adding it
Empire and Remen missions no longer give restoration of union on self in certain conditions. They now also give restoration of union on the ally in the case of an alliance.
Fixed a few empire missions tooltips, fixed the trade powerhouse modifier, and increased the four local modifiers from +25% to +50%.
Fixed a handul of other bugs.

Vargs and Norsca Minor Update
Vargs Idea: 1 naval manuever -> 1 land manuever
Events:
Khornate option for vargs religious missions
Bypass for Final Religious Mission (decision was removed)
Demon Rulers now have better flavor and traits
Missions:
2 New Mission Icons (chaos chariot and a castle)
2 New Vargs Chariot Missions (replaces tribute missions)
Provinces:
Kraka Ungrim has been moved slightly and is now a Dawi Karak
