-Speed scaling is now in-line with vanilla scaling (speed at max rank remains the same)
-Reworked some tooltips / mechanics of Ward of the Fertile Soil to make it more transparent that the Juggernaut loses SP between battles: -1 SP after combat -> 2 SP cost (can be used below 2 SP) when casting initial Ward of Fertile Soil
