Added two gas masks for the horses, they use vanilla textures.

Oatsfarming and production overhaul.
Added hydroponic oatsfarm, haystack storage for wheatstraw and oatstraw, threshing instead of silos.

Production chain:
farm -> oatstraw
tresher -> oatstraw in oatsgrain out
manufacturing -> cook oats or silage
