-Added a failsafe for the bridge collapse after the Storm Surge event
-Made checkpoint trigger after bridge collapse bigger.
--When people crashed at a certain point the bridge did not reset, making people miss the checkpoint.
-Name change to signal when maps are apart of the "Project Irida" story
