For vanilla players like me, the grenades on the armour and pulse rifle now shoot out almost immediately 0.2 seconds.
before it was like 2 second which was WAY to long and any melee guy would rush you before you could nade em. now nades are scary as they should be

For CE: Sniper now uses the right ammunition

For both vanilla and CE: Armour mass has been halved. Ce players couldn't carry ammo, and I noticed while playing vanilla that you could carry jack all while using the armour. Also why have power armour if it dosent help with carry weight ya know?

Moveed ammo to AdvancedAmmoRecipeBase for the CE branch to make getting ammo easier when you use the marine starts

Also added ammo to the player start again for CE
