TL:DR - added unfinished sweps + fixed some stuff and reworked small anims

-Fixed weird issue where the particle for the final pistol shot wouldn't appear at the cost of a different mechanic
-Made Idle anims less static
-Fixed Shotgun spread
-Changed up a few animations such as the Pulse SMG firing, C1911 draw animation, all idle animations, and the Heavy Shotgun's inspect
