Changed the system to pre-calculate positions to spawn when you die instead of doing it on a whim when you respawn. Also modified the trace to detect if the player might spawn on tools/toolsskybox or tools/toolsnodraw and will not spawn on those, hopefully preventing the player from spawning under the map.
