- Fixed potential changes showing for other characters and not just you

- Correct affinity setting not displaying on the in-game menu

- Shortened the potential notification (Action Potential > AP | Level Potential > LP)
- Corrected the XP notification to show the level without buffs

- Due to the way the buff notification work they'll trigger notification for level ups for unfortunately they're duplicated with normal game notification for level ups for now
