Fixed Normal Map not being formatted for OpenGL

Rebaked Diffuse & updated backpack icon to reflect above changes.

Removed misplaced ambient occlusion

Fixed problematic face flexes

Tucked the beard underneath Engineer's goggles

Fixed an issue with the jigglebones

Rigged Sniper's hat to be compatible with his melee taunt

it's jolly now
