Adjusted Breakroom to ensure it is up to fire code.
Made the secret files on the Servers chair pick-up-able.

Added rooftop access for classes without grappling hooks and rocket launchers. It's a little out of the way so it should still feel rewarding to play classes with that mobility.

Added a fire door to vending (the area right through the front door).

Adjusted the timings for small vault.
As it was, cops and robbers, if they both rushed for the front door would meet at essentially the same time. This has been adjusted to allow cops to have a slight edge in the timing to the front.
(cop spawn has been moved closer, the window closest to the "President" room stairs has been occluded, and the bomb spawn location has been placed just inside the front door to force robbers to take a more indirect path to the vault)

The bomb spawn needed to be moved as the scout could utilize the fox mask and his ability to have the small vault open in roughly 10 seconds, and more alarmingly, there was basically no way for the cops to get to the front door in time to even see him let alone stop him.

Van placements have been adjusted so that you cannot see all three of them from catwalk.

The van closest to catwalk has been given more cover to allow fights with catwalk to be more interesting (and hopefully balanced)

Adjusted some scenery in Trash and Tall to more easily permit the usage of the breakable wall between them.

removed attic vents as my hvac friend said they are stupid as there is no attic :)

Mistakenly omitted Janitor's recycle bin. This has been fixed

Altered certain areas to prevent customers and employees pathing into unintended locations.
The main plaza should still intermingle, however, this is intentional.
Very Minor decorative tweaks
