- Apply my customizations (not all from RE1, as some were already integrated, some things are gone, some balance needs to be re-tested)
- Reduced min temperature on Sienna starter for fewer excess deaths
- Force PvP on Dread starter
- Spawn many more structures on Dread, include Hoverbike in starting items
- Initial commit (aligns with RE2 Build 24 Nov 15 update)
