Reworked neutron stars to have no gravity well and have a much more mild radiation field frag

_added a fourth ship
-fixed block descriptions to be much more readable to compensate for the tiny ui
-reduced block explosion chance to once in 10k

added 3 ships that use unused thruster blocks

Fixed long tris on 3d font being *slightly* not right, thats all

Fixed penrose asteroids having default durability, woops

-Made block fonts 3D and marginally tougher
-Fixed the preview image
-Added old menu music to the music list
-Fixed wormhole music
-Fixed the stars textures
Assumed final version unless bugs arise

Fixed stitch distance being too low, building should be tolerable now.
