Fixed .ogg sounds they are now .mp3 (tested and NOW working!)

Known issues
Hmm not sure why the .ogg format is not working I'll have to convert to .wav or .mp3

Some ladders not working

For some reason some sounds didn't want to play if the sounds files were packed inside the map.bsp file. Patched and fixed by placing the sounds inside of the Addon folder instead of the map file. Just got to fix a few .ogg sounds now as Valve doesn't seem to support that format anymore...
