DEPENDENCY COMMUNITY PATCH: Some people complained that there were no units, all you need to do for them to appear is to have the community patch enabled.

- Fixed missing Chopper blades from UH-60.
- All choppers can hover over water. While chopper is on water tile movement is reduced to 5.
- UH-60 can now transport troops [cargo space 1] Must be on coastal water tile to receive troops from land.

- Fixed the following units from showing up on other Civs
*Delta Force
*F-15
*B-2 Spirit
